Bullying is repeated, deliberate harm: teasing, spreading rumors, or shutting someone out of the group on purpose. A bystander watches it happen, while an upstander speaks up, reports it to a trusted grown-up and helps the person who was targeted feel safe again. These twelve terms give a class the vocabulary to name what bullying looks like and what courage does about it.
