Prolific science fiction author Philip K. Dicks novel "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep" was published in 1968, but it would gain notoriety when it was adapted into the feature film "Blade Runner" staring Harrison Ford in 1982. The story is set in 21st century San Francisco and follows bounty hunter Rick Deckard as he tracks down and "retires" renegade humanoid androids. The story has several layers and confronts issues that are only recently beginning to have widespread interest, including our interactions and responsibilities when dealing with artificial intelligence. If you've seen the movie, be sure to read the book, and if you' have indulged in either, be sure to try this "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sleep" themed word search puzzle as well!
